** box squats - 3x10-12 (increasing weight every set)
** banded box squats 3x10 (using my @gracefituk bands hayyyyy)
** kettlebell swings 4x12-15
** smith machine static lunges, weight underneath 3x12 each leg
** smith machine leg press, (great for range of motion especially for short people who Leg press machines are not built for!) 4x12-15
** hamstring curls 4x10-12
